11TH ANNUAL IAPRO AND BLUETEAM USERS CONFERENCE

Conference Overview

CI Technologies announces its Eleventh Annual IAPro and BlueTeam Users Conference will be held in Scottsdale, Arizona at the Hotel Valley Ho, Tuesday November 3rd – Thursday November 5th, 2015.

The conference is open to all current IAPro and BlueTeam users (new and advanced) as well as all prospective customers.

Registration begins at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 2nd, 2014.

Conference Times: Mon.(Nov 2nd) Sign-In & Install 3pm - 8pm Registration and reception on the roof-top at 5pm, Tues. - Wed. 8am - 5pm, Thurs. 9am - 430pm Lunch will be provided daily.

Hotel Reservations: Room Reservations are now being accepted at the Hotel Valley Ho. Room reservations are the responsibility of each attendee. The cut-off date for reservations is October 19, 2015. Please make sure to book early, this hotel will sell out quickly. The conference room rate is $172.00 (single or double) PLUS a one-time, per reservation $8.00 bellman gratuity, plus a per room housekeeping gratuity of $2.00 for staff. First night room deposit is required with the reservations. The fees are for the staff and can not be waived.

Parking and Fees : If you bring a vehicle, parking for all guests is $14.00 per night per vehicle plus taxes. If you are not staying at the hotel the parking rate is $5.00 per vehicle per day.

Equipment

In order for attendees to get the most out of this conference we suggest bringing a laptop computer. CI Technologies staff will be installing a demo version of IAPro during registration night.

The attendee or your IT staff may also contact Support at 800.620.8504 ext 702 no later than Thursday, October 30th, 2015 for assistance installing the training version on your laptop prior to the conference. If this option is chosen, you will still need to stop by the registration table Tuesday morning to pick up your conference materials.

Please ensure that your IT staff has given you Administrative rights to the laptop so that we may install the training database for you. Installation will occur Monday afternoon 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm prior to the conference beginning.

Conference Attire

Comfortable clothing is recommended, Business Casual, jeans, etc. The conference rooms tend to be on the cool side so you may want to bring a light jacket.
